DELIVERY FEES

Our online ordering is open 24hrs. Kindly place your order at least 3 hours in advance prior to your desired delivery time.

A STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGE of P80 applies to every delivery for the first 5 km, with an additional charge of P25 for each additional kilometer. Our delivery service is available around Metro Manila.

Please note that delivery fees for certain provincial areas may differ due to the use of outsourced third-party riders. Any applicable additional charges will be reflected upon checkout prior to order confirmation.

ORDER TRACKING

We update the status of your order, and you should receive a separate email providing the status of your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

REFUND POLICY

It is our desire to delight our customers by providing high-quality products.  If you have received a faulty product, we apologize. Please contact our customer service immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.  Kindly have your transaction details ready for verification.  Please understand that we can only accommodate complaints within 24 hours of the time of the transaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation may be done one (1) day before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.  Otherwise, the 50% down payment will be forfeited.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We apologize, but no returns or exchanges are permitted for our food items under any circumstances. DISCOUNT POLICY We honor the Senior Citizen discount.

Senior Citizens shall be entitled to the grant of 20% discount and VAT-exemption on the purchase of certain goods and services from all establishments for their exclusive use, enjoyment, or availment; with the "exclusive use".
